Rules for Nomination:

1. Nominees must be residents (either full-time or part-time) of the Creede/Mineral County area.

2. There are NO age limitations.

3. A detailed reason for the nomination MUST BE INCLUDED with each nomination.

4. Nominations will only be accepted via email, by phone or by mail. You can email a nomination by filling out form or you can call 719.658.2624 or write us at: Creede Magazine, c/o People of the Year Awards, PO Box 840, Creede, CO 81130.

5. There are NO limitations on a person or organization winning an award in consecutive years.
